The manager provided REALLY helpful advice on navigating the area. I received invaluable guidance on local customs. The early breakfast was a great accommodation. I also enjoyed the air-conditioned rooms and the in-house hammam service. The beauty specialist did an amazing job!!!
The cash-only policy required some planning in advance, but it was manageable.

Décor issues.
strange décor noisy location
I was disappointed with some aspects. The décor was a bit strange. I saw a dentist chair near the massage room and some dolls on the walls. My room was on the ground floor and quite dark. it was next to the kitchens so it was noisy in the morning.

the staff were warm and friendly. they gave helpful advice and tips. the riad stored my luggage after a desert trip. i really enjoyed the food and spa services, especially the hammam and massage.
the variety at breakfast was somewhat limited, with the same options offered daily.

i found communication with the team helpful prior to arrival, they organized transport. the staff offered useful information about navigating local attractions. my room was clean. i also had a quiet seating area just outside my room.
the rooftop pool lacked a nearby toilet.

the riad arranged a smooth airport pickup for us. we were welcomed with mint tea and pastries upon arrival. the staff provided a helpful map and tips.. it ensured we.
the pool was not heated , it impacted my decision to use it. i would have appreciated warmer water to fully enjoy the pool area.

airport transfer useful information great view
i really liked the airport transfers. Everything was straightforward. The staff provided useful information about the culture. The room was super clean and cozy. Breakfast service occurred on the rooftop, and the views were great.
the room had some minor issues. The shower's water pressure fluctuated a little. It was not a significant problem, but a consistent pressure would be preferable. This change did not affect the overall quality.
