I found the staff very helpful! they were really nice too ensure a smooth stay. the riad was spotlessly clean, i noted the attention to detail. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast on the roof terrace. It was enjoyable
The room i had on the ground floor was quite dark and near the kitchens, it wasn't ideal. the bedding was not perfectly white, i saw some stains. the pool was not heated to a comfortable temperature. It felt quite cold, though
